Recording services

In the heart of Johnson City Tennessee, VCV Studio offers a professional recording experience with modern and vintage equipment and an experienced staff dedicated to bringing your creative vision to life.

We handle projects of any genre and scale, whether you’re recording a full album, a single track, or creating videos, photos, or podcast content.

Recording studio session

Record your full band, vocals, instrumentals, or overdubs in our multi-room tracking studio. $60 per hour or $399 for 8-hour day

Singer/rapper package

Bring your own pre-made beats or backing track. Mixing and mastering included. 2 hour session. $199 per song

Music production

Take your song idea to the next level with professional arrangement and creative production from one of our producers. Our team is experienced in hip-hop, pop, rock, and folk. $60 per hour

Mixing & post production

Prices are based on the complexity of your project.

• $75 per track up to 5 stems
• $125 per track up to 15 stems
• $150 per track up to 20 stems
• More than 20 stems: Price determined per project

A “stem” is an individual mono/stereo audio track such as bass or vocal.

Mastering

We will polish your track with compression, EQ, and limiting to optimize listenability on any playback system and standardize for streaming/album release. $30 per song

Audio cleanup/restoration

Fix issues such as clicks and noise, and improve quality of existing recordings. $60 per hour of audio ($30 minimum charge)
